Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By engaging KORVIX for design or branding services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
KORVIX provides creative services including graphic design, social media design, website design, AI-assisted design, and business essentials. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed per project.
3. Payments
Fees are quoted per package. Payment terms are outlined at order confirmation. Work begins after payment is received unless otherwise agreed.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. KORVIX may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Refunds
Because design work is bespoke, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Refund eligibility on unstarted work is reviewed case-by-case.
7. Liability
KORVIX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement.
